You can choose 2-bedrooms or go as large as a 4-bedroom home, depending on your requirements. All designs have been rigorously reviewed to ensure they meet or exceed local building codes. Frames are constructed from Laminated Veneer Lumber, making them stronger than conventional framing, but with the cost advantages and sustainability of standard framing timber. The plans are fully quantity surveyed so you know, up front, what the costs will be. The list of inclusions is one of the most comprehensive in the industry;

The Clever Living range has been Multiproof Certified by MBIE 

(Ministry of Business, Innovation, & Employment)

Multiproof is a national multi-use approval issued to a set of plans and specifications which comply with the NZ Building Code. Multiproof is beneficial for buildings which are built to the same design on different sites.

Multiproof certification is designed to save time and streamline the building consent process. According to the MBIE website the Building Consent Authorities must process building consent applications within 10 days (half the time of other building consents).
